Graphic Designer and Brand Asset Specialist

Rise Up Pathfinder is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer and Brand Asset Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually compelling graphics for our Pathways and Ranks, including digital certificates, patches, medals, and other brand assets for our website. Your work will play a crucial role in visually communicating our mission of transforming lives through our innovative Pathways.

Responsibilities

  • Design graphics for Pathways and Ranks, including digital certificates, patches, medals, and other physical rewards.
  • Create brand assets for our website and social media platforms.
  • Ensure all graphics align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Wayfinder and marketing team to develop visually compelling content.
  • Provide revisions and updates based on feedback to ensure the highest quality of work.

Requirements

  • Must be U.S. based, be available during EST hours, and have a response time of 2 hours or less.
  • Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
  • Strong understanding of branding and visual communication principles.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently once given direction.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
