We're seeking an experienced and passionate Sales Manager to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the education, personal development, or related sectors, and a deep understanding of the unique needs of neurodivergent individuals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategy
    • Create and execute a comprehensive sales plan aligned with our mission and marketing efforts.
    • Identify target markets and develop strategies to penetrate them effectively
  • Drive revenue growth
    • Convert leads generated by marketing into paying customers.
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and manage our sales process
    • Establish efficient sales processes and best practices.
    • Provide guidance and training to any support staff or future team members.
  • Maintain customer relationships
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate across departments
    • Work closely with marketing, project management, and product development teams to ensure a seamless customer
        journey.
    •Provide feedback based on customer interactions to inform product enhancements.
  • Utilize sales tools and analytics
    • Implement and manage CRM systems to track sales activities and customer interactions.
    • Analyze sales data to optimize processes and strategies.
  • Identify growth opportunities
    • Explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Must be U.S. based, be available during EST hours, and have a response time of 2 hours or less.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the education or personal development sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as a contractor, managing your own time and resources effectively.
  • Deep understanding of the neurodivergent community and a passion for empowerment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Comfortable collaborating remotely with a diverse team.
